As the Head of Department of Project Management Office (PMO) and it is my responsibility to manage all the projects of company. I would cover Pre-sales, Project Development, Delivery and Maintenance. I am also part of the management team of my current company Nexstream Sdn Bhd. Being the management team, I also would also contribute strategies in relation to company's next steps and goals. Our company's primary business focuses in building great software products, primarily Mobile App and Cloud Technology for varieties of industry. I have experience handling industries as Manufacturing, Insurance, Telco, Banking, Hospitality, Finance, Healthcare and Education. I have also helped many startup companies to establish market presence and successfully executing their digital presence. My work evolves around pre-sales exercise. I will be preparing the proposals, budgeting and pitching up the sales with potential clients. My primary job role is to get the project kick off and implementing the right project methodologies. As I am well experienced in AGILE, Waterfall and Hybrid , I am capable to customise the preference based on client and company's goal effectively.Personally, I am a good motivator, team player and flexible. I am a true believer in hard work with smart actions. My team members are always motivated to work with passion and get their work done. Building a self organising and high productive team is my core expertise. They key of my success is time management, reliability and perseverance.
