We are two composers based in Phoenix Square, Digital Film and Media Centre Leicester, England. Maryann was classically trained at the Guildhall school of music and Drama and Michael at Alchemea. We have provided music for programming on the BBC, Channel4 and Channel5. We have scored for theatre productions by the Royal Shakespeare Company and been signed to publishing / production companies such as Felt Music, Big Life Publishing and Universal. We score bespoke music in styles ranging from Pop to Classical / Orchestral using the latest technology in orchestral libraries mixed with live instruments. ComposerAudio Network Aug 2014 - PresentWe have created numerous albums for Audio Network including:'East meets West', an album of Sichuan influenced melodies with erhu and piano and 'Year of the Goat', an album of music motivated by the Chinese new year. Both albums were written with child prodigy Ling Peng who performed at the Chinese cultural revolution at the age of 7.'Modern Acoustic Folk', an album influenced by traditional folk melodies performed on fiddle and accompanied by accordion, guitar, double bass and drums. The album was written with 5-string violinist Ben Weedon and the fiddle parts were performed by Sonia Slany who previously played on the 'Spectre' and 'The Hunger Games' soundtracks.
