 Supporting the Colleague Services function in the administrative requirements of the department  Coordinates the arrival and departure details of all colleagues in order to effectively allocate the room entitlement.  Coordinate and track room movement system of housing department in order to have an up to date record in the system. Responsible for tracking promoted colleagues and apply room movement system accordingly to ensure correct benefits are given to colleagues based in each individual contract. Manage all aspects of room arrival including room, key and welcome pack preparation to ensure all new joiners are welcomed. Maintain good working relationship with SBU / SSU administration personnel in order to achieve effective and accurate communication process. Send maintenance and necessary notification to room occupants on time and keep the accommodation notice board up to date on daily basis to ensure colleagues are well informed. Update on current promotions, termination list from SBU’s / SSU’s Maintain up to date record in property management systems and all tracking systems to ensure up to date information are completed on a regular basis. Raising PR’s for requirement items and follow up with supplier’s to be delivered on time.  Maintain up to date record of Attendance sheet, Lieu days, Lieu hours & Vacation record.
