As Estimation engineer• Study/Review of Tender documents, Scope of work, drawings, BOQ, Specifications, Client’s requirement and etc. from the tender documents for proper Estimation works.• Preparing queries for ambiguities in drawings, Specifications and BOQ.• Coordination with Quantity Surveyors and Material takeoff when required. • Coordinate with Procurement team from Qatar for follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, Clarify to all the queries and meeting with supplier/sub-contractor when required.• Evaluation of supplier/sub-contractor quotations as per tender requirements.• Preparing Price comparison sheet for each system and final costing summary.• Preparing BOQ unit prices as per tender BOQ format and filling.• Check all the addendums and communication received from the client, ensuring that all items are being clarified and considering in the pricing. • Preparing Qualifications, Assumptions and Exclusions if any.• Preparing tender adjustment schedule with unit prices, when applicable.• Preparing price analysis, proposed vendor list, data sheet and qualifications as applicable.As Design engineer• Study/Review of tender drawing for preparing shop drawing.• Coordinate with design team from Qatar for details and scope of work to make 2D layouts of the systems.• Drafting the new plan for the building structures with senior guidance.• Checking the drawing layout with standard layout design.• Preparing the revised drawing in accordance with clearing the queries raised by consultant/sub-contractor.
