Current• US/UK Technical Recruiter – US Staffing and Technology Recruiting. • Expertise in Full recruitment life cycle and responsible for daily recruiting activities in the entire staffing continuum: driving general staffing process systems, sourcing, qualifying, screening, interviewing, Rate/salary negotiations, Invoice Rising, Billing etc. • Fairly aware of 3 Different tax terms, benefits and costs like W2, 1099, Corp to Corp, Per Diem, FTH (Full Time Hourly), Rate/Salary, Payment Terms.• Have hands-on experience in using UK/European Job boards like Jobsite, Monster UK, networking sites likes X-Ray search through LinkedIn • Working on Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch.com (Formally Corp-Corp.com) and JobDiva.• Familiar and working exp with Sales, i.e. Marketing our won W2 candidates for various positions, posting/updating their resumes in job portals and searching for the new suitable positions, submitting and follow up accordingly. • Experience with Internal Database and ATS/VMS, (JobDiva, Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Maxhire, 99ATS) applications.• Recruited on almost all sphere of IT Technologies viz. Sun Technologies (Java J2ee), Microsoft Technologies (.NET,MS SQL server, C#, Asp.net), ERP (SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, Oracle, JD Edwards,) Mainframe(Cobol,DB2), Developers /DBA, Database Technologies (Informatica ,ETL),Networking domain etc.• Proficient in variety of recruiting sourcing techniques advanced Boolean strings, professional networks, X-ray vision, and social media sourcing methodologies
