● Monitor the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines and successful completion.● Communicate project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, and requirements between cross functional teams.● Maintain the Smartsheet and JIRA for project projection and progress tracking.● Cleaning and Analysis of data generated by machines using Pivot tables, graphs and charts in excel.● Visit the offshore site and communicate with clients to learn about their requirements and budget.● Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and brainstorming sessions to ensure high-quality output ● Provide technical support to onsite engineers involving plant machines, equipment, and facilities● Develop 3D design for Paddy/Rice processing projects, and material handling machines.

● Provide schematic design information to the project engineer or project manager.● Designing of grain material handling machines as per client’s specification.● Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings and hand sketches into SolidWorks 3D models and assemblies.● Produce detailed drawings for productions complete with BOM and tolerance standards.● Collaborating with manufacturing and quality divisions to optimize machine’s designs and reduce manufacturing cost, time and defects.● Maintain all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, and documenting results.● Provide training to new engineers on 2D & 3D design, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
