As a Sales Ambassador, I am in charge of building that personal connection and making sure our clients understand the background of our business, as well as, making sure they are getting all of their questions answered about the project that they have in mind.

The training and knowledge that I received while working with this company was incredible. With the Sales portion, I was in charge of handling the leads that we received and following up via warm calling, email, and text. As well as constantly making sure to order the materials needed to handle certain jobs. With Marketing, I learned a lot about how important research and knowing your consumer are. I enjoyed my time here as it has given me hands on experience on what I am studying currently.

In addition to warm calling, I was trained to go out to in person consultation meetings and speak to our clients. I was also in charge of making sure we have traffic coming through our website by coming up with Marketing campaigns, to get us more exposed in our service area.

At the end of every closing shift, entered all money related activities into the gym's system for data tracking purposes, as well as, making sure the data is correlated to the stock.

As a Sales Associate at Office Depot, you are either a cashier at the front desk or on the floor assisting customers, all while ensuring the best customer experience. You are actively vending materials such as pencils, erasers, printers, and furniture.
