My work is about Solving the hardware and networking problems over the HP Proliant rack servers, HP Storageworks, Compaq Proliant, HP Blade system enclosure and blade servers, IBM Eserver xSeries and pSeries, Blade Center and Blade servers, Dell Poweredge rack servers and blade servers, Dell blade enclosure, Sun servers, Sun storage units, Cisco switches and routers and F5 network traffic manager. I do operate the Integrated Lights Out (ILO & ILO2), BMC, Remote configuration utility for setting Admin details, Static or DHCP for IP allocation, maintain event logs and IML, naming, HTTP, SNMP, SMTP, POP message and telnet on HP, Compaq, Dell and IBM servers and Blade enclosures. I have to make sure the DIMM pairing and System switch control (enable or disable Configuration modification, rack settings and password access) in HP and Compaq servers.

Assembled more than 150 workstations as per the customers required configurations. Diagnosed and Troubleshot the problems over the laptops and workstations. Did the cabling for many LAN network environments. Installed and restored the Windows and Linux operating systems for laptops and workstations. Handled the calls from customers and solved their technical problems over the phone.
