We are No.1 steering systems manufacturer globally.Current JD:-1. Responsible for dimensional & performance validation and material testing of BOP at NPD and regular stage, Category like,machining, casting, forging, sheet metal and rubber moulding.2. Responsible for full-filling R&D requirements related to BOP.3.Responsible for work distribution among the 10 members of SQA & RQA team and their safety.4. Attend quality issues at Assy. lines and take necessary action DAR activities.5. Responsible to complete PPAP activities for NPD, ECN and PCN to regularisation.6. Visit Supplier end for action verification and defect analysis.7. Responsible to conduct ITO,TTO and HVPT events at supplier end for NPD and major changes (as per guidelines) of BOP and closing of observation on time.8. Responsible for complete Company compliance Targets.9. Responsible to make monthly supplier rating, analysis report against failure to present the Management.10. Responsible for day to day activities related to Supplier Quality Department.
