• Achieving set sales and revenue target for the account• Carving out new opportunities through “Sell to”, “Sell Through” and JTGM model• Coordinating with various teams across different geographies like US, UK and APAC; working collaboratively to win global deals• Managing and increasing the product portfolio across managed services (Hosting, Cloud, Data Center, SIP), collaboration services (Audio, Video, Tele-presence) and networking services (MPLS, IPL, NLD, Internet)• Handling cross functional team to ensure customer satisfaction across delivery, billing, collection, legal & service management• Developing sales proposals, quotations & pricings; delivering customer presentations; attending sales meetings and partner conferences• Formulating pre and post marketing activities for successful launch of new sessions to increase the brand awareness • Keeping a track of competitor’s activities and current market trends and accordingly implementing the appropriate marketing initiatives • Identifying all potential sales opportunities including distribution strategies and reseller agreements • Formulating and implementing the Sell To / Sell through and Joint Go to Market strategies in the market• Visiting potential customers for new business and providing them with suitable proposals• Coordinating with major clients on regular basis with focus on increasing business by providing them complete strategic, logistical and operational assistance• Dealing with customer/ client’s enquiries in-person, over the phone or via email; contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements
