• Frequently visit Solar Power Plants for a full quality inspection and ensuring optimum utilization of module output (Power), Inverter efficiency, transformer and switchyard, module mounting structure, cabling & communication devices.• Define actions that need to be taken to ensure the optimal performance of the PV-installations based on these site visits.• Act as first line support for emergency interventions on site when necessary.• Maintain the Operations and Maintenance manual and checklist together with the Solution Manager.• Organize corrective and preventive maintenance with subcontractors.• Supervision subcontractors and junior O&M engineers. • Research and assess subcontractors for individual maintenance services.• Coordination of the external and internal O&M engineers.• O&M administration.• Intensive internal communication with engineering, project management and O&M management.• Communicate effectively company values and objectives.

• Independently or as part of a team, contacts/visits existing and/or prospective customers.• Identifies customer needs and assists in developing and implementing sales strategies• Assists in customer demonstrations with product business group representatives• Communicate and present Applied Materials' product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customer's technology needs to product business group representatives• Assists in preparing product pricing quotes and documentation needed to book an order.• Assist in negotiating final pricing.• Ensure Installation and Commissioning of the equipment’s at customer’s site meeting committed parameters. • Conducts follow-up on accounts receivables.• Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers.• Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.

• Coordinate with Project Managers/Engineers to prepare monthly commissioning plan.• Commissioning the lift in slow speed and high speed as per AM and recommended drawings.• Ensure the commissioned elevators are functioning free from breakdowns.• Recording and maintaining measurement done during commissioning like Current, Voltage measurements. EVA, etc and send the same to Installation Manager for future reference.• Communicating components failure report to the Branch.

 Implementing the process improvement maintenance techniques and procedures; handling the breakdown root cause analysis, troubleshooting and repair maintenance. Functioning as a Shift In-charge; carrying out the spare part planning and ensuring availability through proper purchase, inventory control, departmental drawing & documentation.
