- Providing application support and IT solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of application and finalization of project requirements - Interact with stakeholders, analyze business requirements and identify the impact on As-Is business processes and define To-be processes- Model the processes using process modeling tools like Visio- Identify the impact on business and document the same- Manage the end to end project- Monitoring, executing, controlling and reporting the day in day out project deliverable- Proactively access any risk that may hamper the deliverable and take corrective actions involving multiple parties/stake holders- Chair and lead the bridge calls/meetings for planned deployments and changes to production
