I have worked with HCL for over 9 years. I was handling Employee Engagement & Communications Team as an Assistant Manager. Prior to that I was a part of the Operation Management for 4 years and worked with different departments including HR, Administration. I have been a part of one pilot projects, as Performance Improvement Coach. Due to excellent startup, was promoted to Team Leader Development Program which finally resulted in getting confirmation as Team Leader. Role played was to bring higher level of improved performance in SLA, united with revisions in Process Handling which led to greater client satisfaction.
