- Managing Foreign Institutional & Domestic Brokerage clients - Nurturing existing relationship to generate business and acquiring new relationships- Preparing Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) for the approval of loans- Managing product side for automated channels primarily Corporate Internet Banking (ENet™) platform and Payment Gateway Services- Benchmarking products with competition, and determining and assessing future strategies- Evaluating existing processes and recommending alternatives for enhancing efficiencies- Reviewing client requirements and translating the requirements into new developments/ enhancements to provide the desired solution- Co-ordination with internal departments like Information Technology(IT), Business Process Reengineering Group (BPRG), Operations, Legal, Audit, etc. for new developments/ enhancements in the current offerings

- Create pitches, information memoranda, management presentations and other marketing materials - Complete detailed industry and potential buyer research - Perform valuation analysis including comparable companies analysis, precedent transactions analysis, and discounted cash flows analysis - Complete detailed market, economic and industry research

- Building & updating fixed-income financial models- Company profiling- Industry/Sector/Market Research- Monitoring global hedge fund industry & preparing monthly newsletter
