Manish has gained valuable work experience in various roles in the sales, credit, and collection domains. Starting as a sales executive at JSPR Solution, he honed his skills in selling software to academic units such as schools and coaching institutes. Later, he moved to udaan where he worked as a field executive for document verification, background verification, and onboarding of customers.In his next role at udaan, Manish worked in the collection department to recover dues. This had involved managing multiple dpd (days past due) cases and working towards resolving them, starting from soft cases to NPA (non-performing asset) cases. This gave him exposure to the credit and collection industry and the skills required to deal with difficult situations.In his final role at udaan, Manish worked as a credit executive where he worked on large credit tickets and institutional credit disbursement.
