 Managed a team of 12 people as a Program Manager and Principal consultant while delivering solution design for JDA Fulfillment upgrade program, covering capacity planning, distribution planning and raw materials planning for a Global Food and Beverages company in UK. Lead the development of interfaces from SAP to i2/JDA. Delivered key user and end user classroom trainings and handhold the planners during planning cycle to ensure adoption by planner community. Lead a team of 15 people as a Program Manager to deliver i2/JDA Demand Manager and i2/JDA Supply Chain Planner upgrade of more than 100 instances in just 5 months at a Multinational Technology company based out of India.

 Acted as a Process Solution expert for end-to-end "Source to Pay" Business Transformation Project right from product/service catalogs / punchout catalogs to Purchase requisition to Invoicing (with 3-way match) for Indirect Procurement at Global Pharmaceutical Major in UK. Liaised with Business Analysts, IT teams, Training Team, Supplier Enablement teams and Vendor teams to ensure vendors move from manual PO / manual invoicing to Ariba supplier network (ASN) based invoicing. Lead the Release Management process for development, QA and Production environments.,  Architected a robust and seamless Data migration strategy, ensuring seamless transition of data from legacy system to SAP Ariba system. Championed the conception and execution of Testing strategy ensuring the success of the S2P implementation project.

Clients: Global Semiconductor Major (Europe), Petroleum Major (India), Leading Paints company (India) Worked with various clients to model their supply chains considering bottleneck resources and constraints in the supply chain. Implemented GOAL Programming (LpOpt) and Heuristic based optimization techniques to maximize Order fill rate and minimize Inventory. Designed a flexible inventory planning system that facilitates Available-to-Promise, Safety Stock targets, Weeks of Coverage, Max-Min Inventory Targets. Architected Distribution planning solution to ensure better plan quality and reduced distribution costs. Responsible for design and delivery of end-to-end planning workflows for generating demand plan and manufacturing plan. Worked on end-to-end Implementations for JDA products: "Supply Chain Planner" and "Inventory planner".
