• Ensure all emails are answered appropriately.• Perform quality check of videos converted into different profiles to ensure there are no audio/video errors.• Manage Tape Library and provide timely updates to Senior IT Manager regarding the system errors, availability of blank tapes, occupied tapes and new workflows.• Manage escalation cases by sending e-mails or by directly interacting with the client.• Managing entire Application and workflow of Masstech for data Archival and restore.• Working with Masstech support team to implement a new functionality that would archive the content in bulk (i.e. Folder based).• Performing Backups, Archival and restoration, also troubleshoot backup related issue.• Performing maintainance activity on IBM TS 3500 storage library (drive cleaning).• Handling Tape library (Spectra & IBM TS 3500) at other locations like (Kolkata & New York) via remote desktop connection, which includes inserting fresh tapes into the library, formatting fresh to make it usable and Assigning tapes for desired groups for archiving. • Communicating & coordinating with Masstech support team in regard of any software (Masstech) hardware (IBM & Spectra) issues via Email troubleshooting the same.
