Growth Path:2015- 2018: Associate General Manager (Marketing & Communications)2013-2015: Manager (Corporate Marketing & Communications)In this role, I was responsible for leading company’s marketing & communications function. The role entails conceptualization & execution of strategic initiatives spanning across PR, Branding, Marketing and Communications. I was responsible for content generation & propagation across various channels such as Website, Social Media, Newspapers, Trade Magazines among others. My role has been pivotal in transforming & strengthening the corporate marketing function from early nascent stages, in the wake of growing competition and the dire need for evolution of brand image. For achieving the same, I partnered with “Leo Burnett” to create and roll out new brand purpose and identity of Sterlite. I also spearheaded the critical brand transformation project, successfully changing the customer perception of the brand to solution partners.
