In my present capacity, I lead the complete SAP Master Data Management operations for PAN India with 14 Bev, 3 snacks plants + Copackers, 3 MU’s, 4 RSO’s, IBM SSC, BU, 500 distributors, 30000+Vendors , 2000+ product codes, 4000+ customers and 200000+ Outlets. I head the Master Data Cell of SAP & SAMNA (Sales IT App) and guarantee complete, accurate and standardized master data as per the PepsiCo Data quality & Information standards.Involved in defining planning & executing support design change as per the business requirement; which has resulted in increased customer satisfaction and improved business support. Charted out business plans as per the year closing of the year 1 hr as against the average time of seven days. I have been able to introduce and implement:-100% GCS key control post change in support and introduced a simplified authority matrix capturing all master data objects.- Automation to drive master data accuracy.-Mandatory validation check and control over possible error for all critical master object.-First ever Master Data Quality metric introduce with define rules in line with AMEA sector for KEY masters.

In my role as IT Manager ( WEST region ), I was responsible for managing the complete IT operations for the western region by supporting MAKE , SELL and DELIVER process while managing a team of 22 people and 700+ user based assets. I did all it takes to ensure smooth operations right from defining IT policies, manage IT asset operations , ensuring compliance to IT security policies, database management and provided end user support.As Regional Field IT Manager, I rolled out the sales automation across WEST, ensured 100% SOX audit compliance, defined several best practices and SOPs have been identified to roll out across country as common dashboard, Service methodology, Incentive ease program for sales force etc.Felicitated with an award in 2011 for excellent performance and received Best region IT Award – 2012. Some of the critical projects that, I executed as project lead were:-GRAS Global Project implementation -ITSM implementation in India region -Effective implementation of Sales automation across WEST for BEV and Food business and with highest level of KPIs.-Best function award for 2011.-Best region IT Award – 2012.There’s much more to my profile, than what is mentioned above. In my role, i was responsible to manager end to end IT operation to support Maharastra Unit for Make , sell and deliver process.

Working with RT Outsourcing gave me the opportunity to work on PAN India level where, I led the team of 152 people and managed over 4500 IT assets across 15 clients. Purview of my role involve ensured seamless IT operations, ascertaining deliveries as per delivery as per agreed SOW, SLA and commercial, disaster management, breakdown/ maintenances, vendor management, end user support and client relationship management.I feel proud to have convinced the management for separate project function with identity and scaling up to among key contributor in organization’s top line revenue. Instrumental role in initiating the Network Project through major break of Maruti Udyog Ltd.
