I’m the IT Global Service delivery Manager for HCL Technology, In this role I lead the multiple accounts. Overseeing a team of IT Support professionals and managing for Global support Services. Before joining HCL Technology I worked for five different companies in Information Technology agencies — Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC, Wipro, HCL and Progressive India Pvt Ltd was lucky enough to work with amazing clients such as Maruti India Pvt Ltd, Apollo Tyres, Ericsson, Medanta, Aircel, Carrier Aircone, L&T, VF Arvind Mills and UIDAI data center and Ministry of road and transport Government Projects.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other Technical folks. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.I have an MBA from Amity University and a B.Sc.
