On-boarding new sellers (Brand Owners, Wholesaler, Distributorsand Retailers).2. Bringing selections/Products from new and existing Sellers.3. Providing prompt, efficient and high-quality service to Sellers through email, phone, chat and physical meeting with sellers.4. Guiding Sellers in terms of Product price correction, Product Promotions and Advertisements, etc.5. Coordinating with other departments such as Digital Marketing Team, Tech Team, Order Management Team,Accounts Teams to resolve Seller's issues and queries.6. Conducting seller interaction audits and providing coaching to improve seller account performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Gather necessary information and documentation, facilitate the creation of business accounts, obtain brand approvals, and manage cataloging on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jogeni, First Cry, etc.2. List and oversee sustainable inventory management across all business channels.3. Collaborate with customers throughout the order fulfillment process, interact with supply logistics, maintain order tracking, and manage order reports.4. Engage closely with Marketplace Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to escalate and resolve order-related and product-related issues, including SPF concerns, Return to Origin (RTO) issues, payments, and other product-related matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Source leads from Tradeindia, Indiamart, and Google, make calls to persuade sellers to join vendor support.2. Assist sellers in crafting product catalogs, optimize them to meet marketplace standards.3. Collect necessary documents from sellers, establish business accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.4. Collaborate with sellers, offer guidance on leveraging upcoming festivals to boost sales.5. Generate weekly and monthly reports, coordinate with management and sellers for future plans and projections.6. Manage seller orders, streamline logistics integrations for smooth order processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Coordinating the end-to-end customer order fulfillment process, ensuring seamless communication with chefs to meet customer expectations and efficiently process orders.2. Overseeing comprehensive inventory management, including the timely procurement of supplies and regular equipment checks to ensure operational efficiency.3. Compiling detailed order tracking reports and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for thorough review meetings to enhance overall process effectiveness.4. Collaborating with the logistics team to conduct audits on order tracking and shipping processes, providing valuable support to optimize the efficiency of logistics operations.
