In role as Manager - Environmental & Sustainability at Larsen and Toubro (L&T) at Mauritius Metro Express Project, entrusted with overseeing and managing all Environmental and Sustainability aspects. Throughout the construction activities, responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of Environmental and Sustainability requirements, including conducting thorough Carbon Footprint Analysis. A key aspect of responsibilities involved ensuring that all commitments and deadlines related to Environmental and Sustainability initiatives were appropriately met in a timely manner. To contribute to environmental conservation efforts, proud to have personally overseen the planting of over 10,000 saplings during the project. As a result of our team's dedicated efforts, the Mauritius Metro Express Project has gained significant international recognition and accolades. Esteemed organizations such as RoSPA and the British Safety Council have acknowledged the project's commitment to EHSS. Additionally, the project has been honored with L&T's internal EHSS LIFE Award for outstanding EHSS practices in both 2020 and 2021.

Ahmedabad Area, India

As the Manager-EHS, played a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols across 18 solar power plants (SPV) owned by Macquarie Group (India), collectively boasting an installed capacity exceeding 400 MW. Primarily responsibility revolve around ensuring the effective management and execution of EHS practices, aligning them with the specific requirements of Macquarie Group and meeting the expectations of all stakeholders, including lenders. This comprehensive approach entailed upholding and enforcing rigorous standards of environmental protection, health, and safety throughout all operational phases of the solar power plants. Additionally, was entrusted with the important task of compiling and submitting monthly EHS performance reports for corporate disclosure. These reports offered transparent insights into the project's unwavering commitment to sustainable and responsible practices, fostering a culture of environmental consciousness.

As an Independent Consultant in Energy & Environmental Management, offered my expertise to diverse projects in Infrastructure, Industrial, and Urban Development. My work included supervising India's longest road infrastructure project and a greenfield industrial planned city, as well as contributing to EIA/EMP writing for various infrastructure projects included funding from the World Bank, ADB, AFD, JICA etc. Additionally, I conducted water audits for prominent airports in India, and played a crucial role in developing Unisys Office Welfare Guidelines for multiple countries and planning sanitation systems for ESWAG, Switzerland.
