 Monitor accounting activities for accuracy. Accurate Books writing, keeping and analyzing. Preparing various reports Cash Collection Report, Panel Report, BRS Reports etc.  Prepare profit and loss statements as well as all other accounting aspects. Finalize Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet after discussion with BOD & C.A. Reconcile of all bank accounts of the co. and also maintain & prepare BRS. Prepare & Timely Deposit accurate statutory Duties & taxes which is T.D.S, E.S.I & EPF. Reconcile all receivable & payable statements, Discover and correct discrepancies. Prepare and Finalize Employees Salary Sheet, EPF Sheet and ESIC Sheet. Maintaining and making monthly cash collection statement and discussed with company managerial ( BOD, GM, BM and with C.A)  Maintain monthly & weekly sundry creditor, sundry debtors & AR, AP Ledger Sheet Maintaining and making daily petty cash vouchers for petty exp.

 Books writing, maintaining & finalization of Companies, Partnership firms and proprietorship firms with Tally ERP 9 ( All version) Online Filing of ROC Return, Income Tax Return, TDS Return, and Vat Return with KDK Spectrum Software & related Internet Protocols. Computation of all statutory Duties & taxes i.e. Income Tax, TDS, VAT, Service Tax.  Computation and filing of returns Income Tax, Service Tax, along with Books writing and maintaining. Audit of Companies Books & Legal Duties i.e. Expenses, Incomes & Income Tax, TDS, VAT, Service Tax , ESI and EPF on Periodically.  Concurrent Audit of Banks –Central Bank of India and The Nanital Bank. Audit of Co-operative Bank and Society- The Vaish Co-Operative Bank Pvt.
