Diploma engineering trainee(Team leader) at production dept. Krishna maruti limited Seat Division 3, Hansalpur becharaji, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Job role and responsibilities :-*4M Change management. Handling man power of shop floor on daily Basis, Prepare shift schedule.& Prepared production shift report. *Meeting daily production plan vs actual & quality & delivery & safty & hr any instructions. Supervision for the hourly production /rejection. *Monitoring of 3M waste & Reduce of non value added activities in process. *Daily red bin analysis & Responsible for rework and rejection & Ensure no rejection/scrap of part due to human error & Daily clear of rejection from line with proper analysis and tags. *Develop and Implement Lean manufacturing practice like 5S, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, PIKA - PIKA, 3G, 3R, 3K, OEE, TPM etc. *Basis knowledge of PPM, SIX SIGMA, PDCA CYCLE, CAPA, CYCLE TIME, LEAD TIME, TAKT TIME, OPL. *Knowledge of problem solving tools like 7QC TOOL , 8D, WHY-WHY ANALYSIS, CEDAC. *Imparting training to new manpower to deliver output with zero error. *Implementation of statistical techniques, conducting Failure, Mode & Effect, Analysis (FMEA) for detecting and analyzing & removing critical defect in process. *All document work related to production like check sheets.*Daily Process audit of assembly line Check and ensure all operator are working as per their work instructions.*Quality inspection in line, to ensure that the activities are performed as per the control plan and work instructions.*Check and ensure is all operators follow the one minute quality check point. *Record preparation of tool history. *Check and ensure all Process perameters on line. *All work instructions available on work station. *Ensure no reverse application dc tool. *Check marking on all torquex nut & bolts. *Check all MARU-A operators should wear MARU-A badges. *Verifying of final inspector and rework operator use to your user id and password.
