• Business development of New & existing customer on day to day communication.• Handling some big accounts for marketing & operation in Chennai like Nokia India, WNS, Ingram Micro, Nippon Express, companies which do work with Blue Dart Express Ltd.• Renew rate contract with every customer & update about the fourth coming activities Like Diesel Hike & any exudation by government. • Handling after sales complaints, Resolving them (corrective and preventive actions). • Coordination with the subordinates and the other employees of the other Departments on day to day basis to meet the clients’ need.• To understand the actual problem why it’s happening & giving the solutions if possible on my level otherwise conveying the problems of the clients to the seniors. • Handling credit control activity like A/c Reconcile, Ledger Tally, continues follow-up with customer for freight payment and old dispute matters clearance. • Proper Communication and Co-ordination with customers and team members. • Analyze all activities, related to operation and marketing, and continues learning things on timely basis.• To understand Situation & to know how to react to them.
