As an Assistant Manager at Airtel Payments Bank since June 2022, I have been leading and managing a team of sales executives, overseeing the daily operations and performance of the retail outlets, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I have also been involved in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, analyzing data and trends, and generating reports and feedback. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Veer Kunwar Singh University, Arrah, I have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen interest in the field of banking and finance. Prior to joining Airtel Payments Bank, I worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Ecofare Technologies Pvt Ltd for a month, where I gained valuable experience in promoting and selling eco-friendly products and services. I am passionate about delivering quality and value to the customers, collaborating and communicating effectively with the stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
