I have overall experience of 15+years in Aluminium smelting industry. I am having skill in pot room operation schedule job planning, process parameter optimization, technical expertise in pot energy efficiency and heat balance manpower management and Pot Startup/Re Start Up.I am having expertise in restarted pot normalization and pot line revival state during crisis management.
