Be familiar with local competition and respond accordingly in order to create competitive advantage.  Evaluate and review Contracts, Work Orders, purchase orders in terms of Commercial, Legal, financial and statutory implications. Focus on billing, collection v/s outstanding and client relation. Assists commercial directors and works as a member of a cohesive team Works with contract managers and Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation in terms of sales & commercial. Monitor, manage and mitigate project related risks within agreed time lines and Ensure analytical MIS reports for each project are properly prepared and submitted for management review. Manages daily company operations Respond to Clients complaints and problems with the focus of retaining their services. Understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor the activities of local competitorsAssist customers with decision making by providing them with complete service information and demonstration Discovering areas that are not in-keeping with regulation practices as well as examines company rules to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes.
