• Planning, Execution, Monitoring of construction work (Structure & Finishing) of row houses /semidetached / Villas, high rise apartment (Basement+Stilt+9/10 Floors) & Infrastructure Development work.• Working out of standard quantities of various structures like Expandable Villas, Independent Floors and Basement+Stilt+9/10 Floors High-rise apartments as per drawings & specifications.• Sourcing competent Contractors to fulfill and meet schedules for various project activities.• Preparation of Monthly Budget & Cash Flow Projection for ongoing projects. • Checking & preparation bills of contractors.• Preparing MIS Reports related to projects.• Co-ordination with Indian Green Building Council for Green building/Township Certifications.• Co-ordination with Consultants, Contractors & Suppliers.• Ensuring compliance with all QA/QC procedures & requirements. • Ensuring Implementation of IMS & QMS at site

• Working out of standard quantities of various structures like Row houses, Semi-detached, villas and S+9 High-rise apartments as per drawings & specifications.• Execution, monitoring & controlling of all the structural activities like shuttering, steel & concreting as well as rough finishing of 40 nos. Row houses, Main gate structure.• Planning, Monitoring & analysis of work based on day to day progress of work.• Tracking of project with respect to the baseline in bar chart form.• Checking & preparation bill of contractors
