Extensively consulting and partnering with advisors/ stakeholders, in order to understand the campaign requirement and developing it using IBM Unica Tool and successfully delivering its multi-channel campaign strategies.4. Provide Post Campaign Analysis Report using automated campaign analysis tool.5. Provide strategic recommendations for future campaign optimization.6. Consolidate and maintaining documentations for all processes including process updates.7. Responsible for Quality checking of final mail list and Campaign Analysis Report of peers.8.. Supported Campaign Analytics and Reporting teams with campaign insights.

Involved in Validation and processing applications from multiple channels and enriches application data from relevant internal and external resources.1. Involved in identifying the optimal offering with a tailored package to suit both the applicant’s need and the business’s objectives.2. Involved in Developing and executing campaigns using campaign management tool UNICA (Affinium Campaigns).3. Involved in Creation of logical data models and translate them into physical database structures that integrate with existing or proposed database structures.4.
