I have the overall responsibility for Health, Safety and environment Management and Implementation at construction phase. Leading a team of 12 Safety Professionals of petron Including international safety expert of GDF SVEZ from Clint. My responsibility include the following; Developing safety inspections & audit plan for site as per Clint norms. Assessment, planning & implementation for improvement in sub-contractor safety management. It includes inspection programs, inspection checklist, permit to work systems & PPE standardization as well as fire & emergency preparedness. I have to prepared method statement & risk assessment (MSRA) and approved from Clint to start the work.I am responsible for incident investigation process implementation. I am also responsible for Health & Safety budget management and ensuring availability of PPE & safety equipment for petron engineering construction ltd.

Project handled with this organisation is2*660 MW NTPC super critical thermal power plant.I had overall responsibility for the implementation of all Health, Safety & Environmental standards at site level. My responsibility included delivering training for workers and operator through Tool Box talks and on job specific training with classroom training if etential. Assisting Regional Safety manager in complying with the implementation of legal register, HIRA and safety auditing with specific safety rules at site. Coordination of Safety meeting on monthly basis and reporting the region weekly & monthly safety statistics. I was responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and OSHAS 14000 standard in safety management systems at site level. This included the formation of site specific HSE plan and procedures emergency preparedness as per SHEL Safety Manual. I was also responsible for implementing client Safety procedures & site specific requirements for the project.As per Clint norms I am responsible for take internal audit weekly and submitted the report to NTPC as well as SHEL Corporate safety manager.
