As a Manager at NHAI’s PIU Dwarka, I have had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in the execution of one of India's most ambitious infrastructure projects—the Dwarka Expressway. My core responsibility lies in steering the project to successful completion by orchestrating efforts across contractors, consultants, and site engineers, ensuring adherence to stringent timelines, uncompromised quality, and robust safety standards.With a focus on driving sustainable and mutually beneficial solutions, I collaborate extensively with officials of multiple government bodies, including administrative entities and various ministries, to harmonize conflicting interests and resolve complex challenges. This interdisciplinary coordination is crucial in delivering a project of national importance that not only reflects India’s infrastructure growth story but also embodies the country’s ambitious future.At NHAI, our involvement spans from the initial conceptualization of a project to its final execution and subsequent operations, which makes every stage of my work fulfilling. I take immense pride in contributing to India’s development through projects that lay the groundwork for a more connected and prosperous future.
