In this role, I lead the Future of Frontline project, where I leverage technology such as route optimization tools to improve field operations and compliance tracking. My work includes generating dynamic journey plans for field teams and analyzing data to identify strategic growth opportunities. One notable achievement has been successfully expanding into the Pondicherry market using insights from Sherlock AI. I also oversee application development and coordinate with vendors to ensure prompt issue resolution while conducting training for sales teams across PAN India.Prior to this, I was a Team Leader/Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). I led teams responsible for managing NBN Transition projects for Telstra Corporation Limited, helping transition government and enterprise clients from copper networks to NBN services. I managed stakeholder relationships, coordinated across teams, and ensured smooth service delivery through regular quality audits and project reporting.At Mphasis Pvt Ltd, I gained substantial experience in Incident/Problem Management, where I defined process policies, provided account-level training, and led weekly review meetings with global teams. I worked as an animator at Wisdom House Training Institute and Acme Toons, where I developed expertise in product modeling and character animation.
