To maintain 100 % reliability factor of XRF in terms of running hour, calibration & daily monitoring as per LQTS. Perform QA activities as per BIS & the group guidelines.Effective implementation of Lafarge Quality Technical Standards (LQTS) dealing with measurements.Lafarge IU series round robin sample analysis & reporting.Ensure data updating in to Quality server (QIMS).Testing of new Cement product development & coordinating with cement R& D teamBIS License renewal &coordinating with BIS personals during plant visit.Chemical Lab & on-line lab activity & training of Sample boys & others for daily testing.Quality testing of incoming raw materials, and finished product & co-ordinate with purchase team.Preparing work orders, purchase requisition & inventory management
