• Responsible for Sourcing CV for clients based in US & Canada,• Using active and passive job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Zip Recruiter, Ladder, Monster, CB, CWJobs, CVlibrary, TotalJobs in order to find the relevant profiles as per requirements.• Produce and create a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing career websites, referrals, networking, company database, third party vendors and from responses of job postings.• Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive candidates• Develop profiles and execute on candidate generation strategies and build a pipeline of qualified candidates• Prepares target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and partners to develop a sourcing strategy for each opening• Execute and manage on-line candidate search campaigns, using various tools (Job boards, social media tools, applicant tracking system, CRM and etc)• Utilize deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines• Work with business networking tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Jigsaw, Hoovers, etc. for targeting new candidates

- Understand your client’s company, their recruiting needs, and the work style and candidate preferences of each recruiter you support.- Work with your client’s recruiters to fully understand job order requirements and the characteristics of an ideal candidate.- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards and LinkedIn as well as advanced sourcing techniques where you can find candidate profiles throughout the Internet.- Use paid and free tools to find candidates’ contact information.- Prepare Candidate Submittal Reports.- Write compelling emails and text messages that get candidates to apply for jobs.- Use Applicant Tracking Systems to upload candidates and track candidate progress.- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly activity reports.
