• I am a key resource in Planning and executing new Projects. I am on an advisory panel to guide and support for Project Transition Plans, Process Improvement, generating new Ideas, Productivity Improvement, Savings, etc.• In my current role, I work on different assignments, I work on Contract management. I am responsible for driving Savings by ensuring we meet our Savings Targets by guiding the Team for generating $ Savings.• I have been working Consistently on Negotiations and have achieved $ 1 MM Savings for the year 2023.• Working on Zycus System to seek Execution Approvals for Contract Execution for Global Contracts. I am responsible to create Approval flow by reviewing Material and Vendor as per Global Procurement Strategy and seek Execution Approval. • I am leading Zycus Approval process wherein I manage the complete process of Approvals end to end.• Sourcing and Procurement activities for internal stakeholders, managing spend for commodities like Raw Materials and Packaging.• Managing spends across Raw Materials and Packaging for US regions, working closely with corporate and finance teams / key stakeholders for respective categories. • Work closely with the respective Category Managers/Directors/Vice Presidents to ensure that commercials/contract terms are aligned with global vendor contracts.• Performing activities such as vendor consolidating & setting up a quarterly business review with vendors/stakeholders.• Prepare scorecard and share with the business for vendor performance and look for any opportunity for savings.• Working with vendors to execute Outline Agreements as per stakeholder’s requirements.• Prepare and float survey to all requesters/stakeholders to review vendor performance for goods/services.• Negotiate on commercial and contract terms to get the maximum benefit from vendors & apply saving methodologies to track/update savings. • Release contract/PO’s to vendor and maintain a database for future reference.

·        Working as a Team leader for Customer Due Diligence – KYC  Processing for UK region·        Managing team size of 8 associates who supports in Customer Due Diligence - KYC process for UK region.·        Perform monthly, half yearly and annual appraisals for my associates which includes behavioral and performance metrics·        Responsible for revising SLAs, PLAs and procedures laid out for performing Customer Due Diligence – KYC process.·        Play a vital role in improving quality and improve individual performance by performing coaching sessions·        Monitor the queues and assign the work load equally amongst the team members·        Measure cross competency skills within the team and have cross trainings in place to meet 100% utilization of resources at all times·        Monitor accesses provided to the staff at frequent intervals to be more compliant.

• Responsible for negotiating the contracts and accelerating the implementation of catalogues across EU and Asia Pacific region, with primary focus on the countries (UK, Switzerland and India). • Drive the long term commercials strategy of a specific commodity (ites) enabling HSBC to achieve its savings delivery.• Actively support all aspects of the supplier lifecycle through strategy, business engagement, tender; negotiation and contract management, ensuring the best interest of HSBC are served in managing agreements.• Ensure proper audit & control exists on support provided to internal customers in all elements of order processing in line with Procurement’s policies and procedures considering and advising on commodity specific constraints where appropriate, including but not limited to the use of only Bank’s preferred suppliers. • Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization, creating an environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and teamwork.• Understand the specific needs of business and drive spend through preferred suppliers to maximize value to group and minimize risk exposure• Manage end to end transactional sourcing activities for various categories and potentially multiple geographies to include• Define sourcing approach and delivery of associated Sourcing activity to maximum value to the business• Negotiation planning and contract negotiations• Use the standard Procurement sourcing process and associated tools of e-Procurement tools (e-Auctions, eRFX, etc). • Identifying vendors as per the Company’s strategic/approved Vendor list to drive reduction in the total cost of acquisition of goods and services• Sending inquiries, collecting quotations, negotiation of prices and pay terms. • Adhering to the company’s Sourcing Best practices by delivering significant earnings for the bottom line by a thorough understanding of both the supplier markets and internal company requirements.• Checking the purchase requisitions completely like specifications, drawings, qty and to get the clarity if any other information is needed and also identifying if these can be bought against contracts and thereby exercising a control on the spend activity.• Creating purchase orders in SAP MM environment.• Responsible for creating of info records/source lists for MRO commodity with adherence to MRO strategy and Updating the Vendor master database whenever it requires.• Cleaning up the Exception notices and paying the Vendors as per their invoices with minimum turn around time.• Placing the rush and emergency orders and coordinating between requestor and vendor about the delivery and for normal orders following up with the Vendors to arrange shipments as per the schedule and getting the Order confirmations from them.• Identification of suitable suppliers and negotiation with respect to the price, pay terms while considering the demand and supply situation, while minimizing risks and costs.• Development of a sourcing strategy for the sites I work for by assessing the supplier’s proximity and their competency with respect to the price, quality and delivery performance and adding them to the list of existing MRO strategy Vendors for the long term benefit.• Working on Virtual Ware House where in Inventory stock is utilized in turn reducing the cost to the company.• Creates Source list, so that Vendors can be assigned automatically to the Requisition’s where in lots of time is saved.

• Retrieved Applications for Processing of A/C’s, verifying them in Third Party Data Source and process them accordingly.• Verification includes KYC (Know Your Customer) Process and Anti Money Laundering Process which is very much critical in United States.• To assist the Group in ensuring that the Bank operates in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements and group standards.• The prime responsibility is to pro-actively support the Units and in-country to meet their obligations in terms of local laws, regulations and group policies and standards for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.• Provide recommendations to enhance to performance standards and improve operational efficiency through procedural reviews and improvements.• The process aims at 6 sigma through 100% process adherence and focused analysis.• Process also includes verification of customer and focused on defect free analysis.• Its aims at maintaining CTQ’s (Critical to Quality) through operation matrices.• Process also includes Funding of Accounts and Transfer of Funds from one Account to another and also Certificate of Deposits (CD’s).• Four types of Funding is done that is Internal, External (Cash Edge Funding), Credit Card (Payments Gateways) and Zero Funding.
