Currently associated with CCS Computers PVT LTD. Basically an end to end IT service providers as Manager - HR since July 2009. My role is to handle entire HR Operation cycle along with T&D domain such as joining formalities, Handling employees data, employees background check, providing brief orientation about the organization to new hires, to prepare monthly,Weekly and Quarterly MIS of HR operations. Apart, taking care for training & development vertical. Entire process of training from TNI till Evaluation of skills is being performed by me. Coordination with OEM's for the technical trainings which are beneficial form employees' and organization growth. Prior to this I was working with Evalueserve.com (Gurgaon). Evalueserve is a knowledge process outsourcing organization and deals in different research. fortunately i got a chance to work with their HRD. My Job responsibilities were to support different verticals like training, recruitment and compliance by keeping track of their data and providing them the summarized report about the progress of their verticals. To prepare monthly, weekly and quarterly reports for the vertical heads (HR). To prepare the productivity report for HR. Maintaining the database for Recruitment and Training.etc.My goal is to develop my skills through hands on experience and learn more & more professional things from my seniors.
