As a Level 2 Help Desk Technician at GCIT, I provide excellent IT services to the organization and its clients, using my knowledge and qualifications. I have a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from James Cook University Brisbane, where I learned how to design, implement, and manage complex network systems. One of my core competencies is Office 365 Administration, which I have demonstrated by successfully migrating, configuring, and troubleshooting multiple Office 365 accounts and services. I also have experience in PowerShell for Office Online Server, Technical Support, Microsoft Server, VPN, File Server, Active Directory, and Windows Desktop. I am passionate about creating and learning lab environment at my home lab. My goal is to develop my skills and contribute significantly to the IT field.
