• Reporting to the Audit Committee of DSP AMEA & providing them status updates on Internal Audits; Risk Assessments & adherence to Annual Risk Management Plan • Drawing-up the Annual Risk Management Plan and implementation of approved Internal Audit Plan• Co-Sourcing the Internal Audit / Operational Reviews assignments • Set-up and maintenance of the Delegation of Authority Guidelines • Coordination of (proposed) changes in corporate requirements together with Business Process Owners • Facilitating Business Risk Assessment and Process Risk Assessment & Monitoring action plans • Monitoring adequate follow up on Corporate Operational Audits, Internal Audits, etc.• Monitoring adequate planning and follow up of incident reporting (e.g. Code of Business Conduct, Security, Competition Law, etc.) • SOD Management• Coordinating risk letters (LOR) and waivers to document mitigating actions for critical or high risk combinations of authorizations • Ensuring up to date and relevant knowledge within the organization on risk management aspects • Coordination set-up and testing of business continuity plans • Evaluation of trends in the units risk management performance• Implementation of sustainable compliance practices and work processes• Reviewing effective working of (standard) business processes via control monitoring

Internal Audits & SOX• Responsible for leading internal audit and reporting to Director – Global Internal Audit.• Assignments undertaken include Operational Audits, Business Audits, and Process Control Audits (Control Design and Operating Efficiency) and J-Sox testing. • Ensuring the compliance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the Company.• Carrying out the exit meeting for audit with all stakeholders and obtain management comments and timelines for implementing audit recommendations. • Partnering with process owners to improve existing & develop stronger control systems.• Liaise with the process owners for preparation of Business Continuity Plans.• Handling Special Assignments like Product Benchmarking Project, Cost Management Projects & Internal Investigations.

• Business Planning & Management Reporting• Month end management reporting including sales, costing and monthly results reporting.• Closely worked with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for obtaining cost efficiencies in new product launches and delivering the desired results.• Finance Business Partner for OTC & NPD which is responsible for the annual business planning process & developing of the business strategies for Eno, Crocin & lodex (OTC portfolio) & base innovations• Highlighting the brutal truths on the Brands such as the bleeder SKUS, regional profit performance & any other losses in the system Driving the monthly performance of Brand P&L with Marketing & Sales to jointly identify opportunities for growth & competition benchmarking• Finance Lead in the OTC portfolio to drive cost saving initiatives, launching of new products in the OTC category and other business planning processes
