•Business Analysis: Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the client's business. •Product Development: Develop detailed specifications for product features in the form of the product backlog and prioritize features based on the overall strategy and business objectives.•Client Management: Identify and resolve client issues, follow up with clients based on SLAs, and assist with ad hoc projects and client inquiries/needs as required.•Requirement Discussions: Conduct discussions with clients to identify short-term workarounds and analyze the practicality of development requirements for new systems and upgrades to existing systems.•Testing: Participate in user acceptance testing. Coordination: Support the analysis group and work as an interface with various departments, including clients in the US/UK/AP (Asia Pacific), Compliance Analyst team, Editors for research publishing quality assurance, and respond to requests for data, information, and calls from internal and external clients.•Research: Conduct secondary research using research reports, news articles, Reuters & Bloomberg websites, Market data team, and FILM Database management.•Publishing Support: Interact with Research Analysts and assist them in publishing research reports via EidosMedia Methode.•Database Management: Manage Client's Global Research database through a User Interface tool.•Shift Management: Assign tasks to shift members, ensuring completion and delivery within the stipulated time without error.•Incident Reporting: Draft and share incident reports with clients, Genpact management, and team members.•Performance Tracking: Update the database for team members and keep track of their production numbers, errors, leave balances, compliance integrity, etc. Also, prepare regular status reports for the management team and clients, and key results areas (KRA) for team members.•New Hire Training: Train new hires on process-related tasks.
