I am the Co-Founder of WiZ Care, India’s one of the fastest-growing brands for personal care and hygiene products. At the forward-looking brand, which is a subsidiary of Cossmic Products Pvt. Ltd., I spearhead the Operations, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales departments.I completed an MBA in marketing from the Institute of Marketing Management, Pune, after which did a small stint in Apollo hospital, Jubilee Hills Hyderabad.Learned the ropes of hospital management after which I took over operations of Kulwanti Hospitals, Kanpur (2002-2004), owned and operated by my maternal family.I come from a family of entrepreneurs, our family has interests in construction, hospital, and manufacturing so entrepreneurship had always been my calling.In 2004 got married into a business family with a history of 4 generations in manufacturing FMCG products, here is where found my true calling in creating a brand of personal care products, I started with sales and operations, the brand WiZ has grown over the years and is currently a 12 crore turnover brand with sales in D2C, General Trade, Modern Trade, and a lot of other Online Sales platforms. It has been a roller-coaster journey as brand creation and brand acceptability are the biggest challenges for growth, but I have enjoyed every minute of it and continue doing so.
