-Working as part of the UK Learning and Development team; to plan, deploy, resource and monitor all relevant training for the whole of the UK -Provide efficient and effective support to stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of all courses- Project lead to ensure deployment of courses by managing timeline, population to be trained, materials required and identifying the type of learning approach (classroom, eLearning, Virtual classroom or blended learning)-Briefing new Course Managers on what is required from them so they fully understand their responsibilities and accountabilities and that of the Course Co-ordinators.-Regularly liaising with the Training Operations team to ensure they understand what the requirements are for each course -Working collaboratively with the other members of the L&D Operations team to resolve resourcing issues, monitoring course attendance closely and re scheduling courses as necessary-Assist the Course Manager with monitoring the budget- Presenting on Graduate and Experienced hire (new joiners) inductions
-Building key relationships with varies Learning & Development team regarding specific training requirements for staff. -Course administrating courses in the UK and overseas. Assisting in identifying and securing venues and maintaining budgets for courses and tracking costs. -Managing registrations and cancellations, issuing delegate and faculty invitations and management of the course printing and distribution of materials. -Issuing of all overseas participants invoices for all UK run courses and running reports from UK SAP to check payment recovery and ensuring VAT information is submitted within service level agreements.
-Working with Training Operations team to confirm learning programmes requirements- To provide deployment support for nominated learning programmes-Be responsible for the ongoing update and maintaining of the learning portal, curriculur, learning paths, course outlines- Support business Learning Partners in achieving smooth operations of courses- Complete logistic requirements for nominated courses, including checking the requirements have been met, re-booking of venues, accommodation and co-coordinating of equipment for learning events
- Processing internal transfers and secondments by updating SAP and ensuring that Managers adhere to guidelines-Manage extensions and terminations of contracts-Process and manage resignations, retirement, death in service-Support HR business contacts with redundancy programmes, immigration legislation, sickness procedure- Support Recruiters and support them throughout the interview and offer process for new hires-Work with and update recruitment system (IGrasp, Kenexa) and update SAP to ensure the successful candidate is formally 'hired' - Ensure bounty payments and joining bonuses are processed and paid in a timely manner- Coaching less experienced colleagues and new joiners on key policies and processes
