My role at ITM is to strengthen our position as a progressive and employment focused institute. We have strong interest in the corporate training and skill industry. These are the initiatives that I undertake at ITMStudent Specific – I have designed and implemented a unique module for upskilling our student population which consists of budding engineers, managers even aspiring chefs. The entire focus is on making them industry ready.Client Specific – I develop training curriculum for New as well as Existing Clientele in diverse areas of Banking, NBFC and Retail. I manage training operations, knowledge management, content creation, new client interaction and end-to-end program execution. In the past executed end-to-end training programs for ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, DHFL, Raymond, Edelweiss and Indiabulls to name a fewInnovation and Development –I have been successful in bagging tenders on the merit of training presentation made for organisations like Postal Training Centre, India, Tourism Corporation of Gujarat and UCO Bank.Academic Monitoring – Tracking effecacy of online classes, student engagement and monitoring. Devising a plan of action. TTT for better engagement.
