Client Services Manager
CurrentAs a CSM my responsibilities entail, managing a team of 2 account managers. Responsible for profit and loss for my business unit. Responsible for writing and checking of incentive travel proposals, managing the execution of the actual programme from teaser campaign, site inspection , actual trip, reconcilliation of trip and debrief with client and staff member and plan for next incentive trip. At the moment the team and I are learning all about merchandise rewards.
