In charge of the local Ecosystem Development, mobilization andintegration in Kathmandu : reinforce the links in the local ecosystem,create new connexions and take care of the pre-existing ones.Helps with local events and projects involving the community andorganized by/for the Youth and the other volunteers, engage andparticipates in local community life activities.Leads prospection for local fundraising.Helping in enable to develop a Micro-Economic Initiative (socialentrepreneurship).Animate the 2 networks for advocacy: the Youth Integration Network(YIN) and the Youth 4 Change Network (Y4CN).Prospecting, organizing event and supporting these organizations for theimplementation of Decent Job and Youth Inclusion.

Providing mentoring, coaching, and guidance as well as facilitatingrelevant training to the excluded youths to become professionals. Workfor inclusivity and act as a catalyst for the social and professionalintegration of the excluded youth.Partnership development to create and develop an integration ecosystemfor the Excluded Youth.Organization and management: organization of program activities, budget management, follow up and reporting of the activities along with the coordination team in support.
