Manisha is a changemaker and a transformation leadership coach & trainer who empowers individuals and creates powerful leaders to take on seemingly impossible missions that change our societal framework. She co-founded Impossible Transformations LLP, to create transformations in individuals and organisations and unleash their potential to become unstoppable leaders. She conceptualized and leads the design of the “Lead-Like-Gandhi” programme, which is held at the Gandhi Sabarmati Ashram, India. Her previous experience includes working with IBM Consulting UK for four years and later founding DAWN - Dynamic Asian Women Network. It was the first social enterprise of its kind to work with the aspirations and potential of Asian women. Whilst at IBM, she worked on large transformational programmes with T-Mobile, O2, Cable & Wireless and Virgin Media, which gave her insights and understanding of the impact businesses can have on our societies and economies. She also brought richness and clarity to purposeful leadership programmes for women leaders through Aspire (A coaching & Leadership programme company) for over 3 years with companies & charities such as Colliers CRE, BDO Stoy Hayward, Nationwide, Save the Children and NEST in the UK.Thereafter, she co-created and then took on the role as the Country Head of Global Action on Poverty (GAP) in India, an initiative that accelerates the journeys of Changemakers in India and around the world. It was launched at the Sabarmati Ashram in India. Under her leadership, GAP blossomed from a concept to a community of 1000 changemakers from across the world who came together with a common purpose to alleviate poverty. Manisha has an MBA from London Business School, a Masters in Science and Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India and is a trained Executive Coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
