I successfully bid for supply of components to Nuclear refurbishment program in Ontario (>$14M) under strict auspices of Canada’s Nuclear Non-proliferation Import and Export Control RegulationsI coordinated CSA: Z299 Vendor Certification of overseas nuclear component manufacturers, leading to ASL status with Ontario Utilities I facilitated Exclusive MOUs with multiple clients for design and supply of turn-key nuclear power projects and safety critical services including Nuclear Plant Modularization and Food Irradiation

I headed Applications Engineering, Project Management and R&D departments to help:- improve order hit rate by 10%+ and cost reduction of 8.5%- by 'Cost Migration' to emerging countries- Achieving 11% budget improvement by strategic sourcing of just 4% of non-core activities

I was responsible for latest technological solutions for Blanking and Stamping Operations at various Global facilities.I led the International Expansion Project for a new Blanking Facility for GM-Opel, Thailand (a JV with Mitsui Steel)and a new Manufacturing sites at Dickson, TN and Sterling Heights, MI. Other achievements: I launched Laser Welded Blank Technology (6 kW CO2 laser system) I designed & built Automated Bundle Turn-Over Equipment (30K lbs. capacity)I managed innovative Steam Condensate Retrieval System
