• Established Akhil Autism Foundation (AAF) as a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission, “Every autistic individual deserves treatment, and every parent and professionals needs education. Make all the treatments affordable and accessible to every individual.”, developing educational and all promotional materials.• Create and maintain a global presence, delivering 20+ treatment workshops in the USA and India, as well as providing treatment to 1K+ children and sponsoring 1.5K+ hours of education to parents and caregivers.• Advance educational initiatives abroad by sponsoring the first Biomedical Defeat Autism Now (DAN) doctor in India, building positive relationships with other local doctors, and organizing an international conference at Apollo Hospital in India.Build and manage a library in Kolkata and Bangalore, including compiling an Autism booklet detailing all treatments from biomedical to behavior intervention.• Spearhead program development and implementation (e.g. “Awareness, Education and Treatment of Rapid Prompting Method,” “Awareness, Education and Treatment of Brain Integration”); 22 children participated in the first Brain Integration Camp.• Facilitate the “Social Skills – Care for a Friend” program, partnering neurotypical children with autistic children to promote social skill development through interactive activities like painting, yoga, and bowling.• Train professionals on educational and therapy programs onsite 50-100 every year. • Earned grants for education training workshops through annual fundraising efforts, including strategies and goals for acquiring, renewing, and upgrading support from individual and institutional donors.•Supervise the “Global Presence and Treatment” camp focused on brain integration method clinics, team from Poland arrived in India for 11 days and worked 8 hours daily, on 8 children per day.• Conduct research on autism and treatment methods with Rutgers University in New Jersey.
