As a fresher, I embarked on my journey in the tech world with a focus on Microsoft SCCM, Intune & Qualys Tools.During the time, I've the opportunity to immerse myself in various aspects of SCCM and Intune, gaining hands-on experience in software deployment, SCCM Client, Server configuration, Operating System Deployment and troubleshooting.Now working as a dedicated Security Support Analyst with a focus on enhancing cybersecurity measures in SOC (Security Operations Center) environments. Currently, I thrive in a dynamic role within a product-based company, where I leverage my expertise in Intune and Microsoft Defender tools to safeguard our assets at 70+ OPCO's.My journey in cybersecurity has been driven by a passion for understanding and mitigating emerging threats. At the SOC, I play a pivotal role in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, ensuring our systems remain resilient against potential breaches.
