Sunways Global is currently developing utility scale grid connected 100MW solar PV project in India with strong pipeline projects of over 200MW.Prior co-founding Sunways Global, Manish has served as a Director Renewable Energy at Planet One Group, a Infrastructure focused conglomerate based headquartered in UAE. Prior to Planet One, Manish has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Strategy & Consulting and International Taxation including working with Big 4 consulting firm Ernst & Young. He has served as Executive Director, Investment banking at EuromaxCapital, UK headquartered boutique Investment Banking firm specialised in cross border large M&A and Private Equity transactions. He has played key role in executing over $2bn large and marquee transaction in Infrastructure, Energy and Consumer & Lifestyle sectors in India.
